What is Confidence Boost?

5 weeks program, 4 classes of one hour a week (3 workout classes + 1 “mind coaching” trough stretch and release exercices ). We use fitness to transform and make your body stronger while deeply working your mind to connect them together. Using exercises and tools to find back your confidence or/and rise it up. Accepting yourself in all the ways you are. Connect into your inner strength and apply it to exercices to see the results you want.

What is a “workout”?

1 hour workout is composed of: warm up, fitness exercices (training your muscles deeply with your own body weight) full body workout (insisting on working core, booty and back). ESPECIALLY working the deep muscles to be able to build muscles on the top and avoid injuries. Then finishing with a nice stretching.

For who is this program?

Either a beginner either an advance person can join, you will always have options to make exercices “easier” or “harder”. You just need to be motivated and be ready to be pushed. If you want to meet people, if you want to get back in shape or just get stronger and have a break from the routine….Also to connect your mind and body together basically just have a healthier relationship with your body and start to work your mind to feel better, then this program is definitely for YOU 🤍
